info How to give your engineer access
  1. Download the tool the engineer asked for and run it.
  2. Read out the ID and password / PIN the tool shows you.
  3. Stay on the call until the session is established — do not type anything sensitive.
  4. When the work is done, close the tool to drop the connection.
